Built Environment Professionals (BEP) are key to South Africa’s economic development and their education and training therefore forms part of national objectives as captured in the National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS) III.

TJDynamic oversees and supports companies with structured workplace training towards professional registration (Candidacy Programmes) for the following BEPs: Town Planning, Engineering, Architecture, and Quantity Surveying to culminate in Professional Registration in Designated Professions.

What TJDynamic does:

• Recruit the candidates against any Programme Funder’s requirements and keep updated learner records
• Ensure that the candidates are provided with structured workplace learning towards BEC requirements.
• Provide support to the process.
• Ensure communication between stakeholders involved.
• Ensure quality of the programme and recommend remedial actions when required.
• Monitor expenditure.
• Monitor project implementation and report to Programme Funders.
• Liaise with Programme Funder’s PMU.
• Schedule and participate in project meetings.
